Ingredients - Crust

  • 1 package Tim Tams
  • 2 Tbs. butter, melted

Ingredients - Filling

  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 8-oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsps. vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 package Tim Tams

Directions - Crust

  1. Butter a 9” springform pan.
  2. Crush Tim Tams for the crust into crumbs and combine with the melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the springform pan.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes at 325 degrees.

Directions - Filling

  1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and butter with an electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Add eggs one by one and combine well.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt and then blend into the mixture.
  4. Crumble the package of Tim Tams and combine by hand.
  5. Add the mixture to the crust and cook for 60-65 mins at 350 degrees.
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
