Tim Tam Cheesecake
Ingredients - Crust
- 1 package Tim Tams
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
Ingredients - Filling
- 1 stick butter
- 4 8-oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsps. vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 package Tim Tams
Directions - Crust
- Butter a 9” springform pan.
- Crush Tim Tams for the crust into crumbs and combine with the melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the springform pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
Directions - Filling
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and butter with an electric mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs one by one and combine well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt and then blend into the mixture.
- Crumble the package of Tim Tams and combine by hand.
- Add the mixture to the crust and cook for 60-65 mins at 350 degrees.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
