Ingredients
Crust
- 1 package Tim Tams
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Filling
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 package Tim Tams, crumbled
Method
Crust: Butter a 9” springform pan. Crush Tim Tams into crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press into the pan. Bake 10 minutes at 325°F.
Filling:
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and butter until well blended.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt; blend into batter.
- Fold in crumbled Tim Tams by hand.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 350°F for 60–65 minutes.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
