Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 package Tim Tams
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Filling

  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 package Tim Tams, crumbled

Method

Crust: Butter a 9” springform pan. Crush Tim Tams into crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press into the pan. Bake 10 minutes at 325°F.

Filling:

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and butter until well blended.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt; blend into batter.
  4. Fold in crumbled Tim Tams by hand.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 60–65 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
